From 1st January 2009 all Existing Buildings (dwellings and other buildings) when offered for sale or letting will require a BER certificate. At present there is no SEI registered of BER Assessors for existing dwellings.

Once SEI sets up this scheme A1 Energy Surveys hope to be able to provide this service.
